  Our management team includes seasoned business consultants and practitioners that are experts in all design and implementation phases of ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for commercial and government clients.  Our key members have worked for large consulting companies, accounting firms, government, and non-profits.  They have in depth knowledge of commercial and government business processes and statutory reporting requirements.  We understand the importance of effective management controls in the current economic environment.  Our team has knowledge of the latest regulations as they relate to internal controls and have business experience to evaluate the strength of internal control environment and technical skills to implement the client’s policies, procedures, and practices into the automated and manual solutions.








Kerry Adrian Dudley, Sr.

  Kerry Adrian Dudley, Sr. has over 20 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Federal and Commercial  Financial Applications.  He has over 17 years of Oracle Federal Implementation experience and has an in-depth knowledge of Federal Accounting, Reporting and Business processes such as IPAC, SGL, Cost Management and Reimbursable Authority, and Working Capital Fund.  Kerry has strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning  Suite.  Kerry has worked extensively in defining solutions for legacy system integrations, cost control and compliance and reporting.  He is currently supporting DSS Office of Financial Management Program Office on DAI system sustainment, Hyperion Budget Formulation, OBIEE Reporting, and managing help desk operations.  









Sandra Adell Dudley

 Sandra Adell Dudley is a Project Administrator with over 12 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in Technical Writing, Organizational Development, and Procurement Management. A skilled Purchase/Procurement Administrator with over 7 years of experience developing proposals and administrating contracts and agreements, with additional expertise in managing and monitoring private, state, and federal grant development projects through concept, award, implementation, and evaluation. Experienced in conducting needs analysis and organizational assessments that emphasize goals, superior performance; quality, productivity, and standards. Demonstrated ability to significantly reduce procurement costs by standardizing processes, negotiating favorable terms, and streamlining supplier channels. Expertise in compliance and reporting: researching legislative policies, developing compliance strategies, including managing content of website transparency requirements; designing and implementing performance metrics dashboard system/reports
